Logan Deanery is one of thirteen deaneries in the Archdiocese of Brisbane and was established by Archbishop John Bathersby following the conclusion of the Synod in 2003

The Dean is the Very Reverend Father Bernie Gallagher, who is also the parish priest of St Mary's Parish, Beaudesert.

Our logo shows eight intersecting circles, which represent the eight parishes working together, supporting each other and united in faith, as symbolised by the Cross.

The blue reminds us of the Logan River threading its way through the parishes of the Deanery while the green symbolises growth and flourishing.

"Embracing Families in 2012 - Riding the Waves of Faith, Love and Life"
Saturday 7th July, 9.00am to 5.30pm St Edward's School and Parish, Chatswood Rd, Daisy Hill.  This Family conference/workshop is being hosted by our Deanery, working in collaboration with Embracing Families Conferencethe JPll Centre for Family and Life.Fr Chris Riley will be the keynote speaker, talking on the "pressures of the family and how we respond to them". There will be workshops on marriage, parenting for singles, children and youth. There will be something for everyone.
